Intermountain Healthcare
Bruce R. McConkie, of the First Council of the Seventy, tries to justify the church’s involvement in business by stating: "Since the kingdom of God on earth is concerned with temporal as well as eternal salvation, there are of course banking, insurance, industrial, agricultural and other business enterprises in which the Church has an interest." (Mormon Doctrine, 1966, p. 141)
